Aflatoxin Total

Aflatoxin is one kind of toxic metabolite of aspergillus flavus and aspergillus parasiticus. The most toxic of aflatoxin is aflatoxin B1, which almost always coexists with aflatoxin B2, G1, and G2. They are found mainly in grains, peanuts, tree nuts, vegetable oil, etc. Thus, preventing AFT-contaminated food and feed from directly or indirectly entering the food chain is crucial.
