Sales Manager
Job title – Sales Manager (TTH) Location – China
Job model – Hybrid
The sales manager is responsible for managing business development activities with a primary focus on prospecting new opportunities in Food Safety products with a specific focus on Mycotoxin, Food Allergen, GMO products. Crafting and executing strategies and ensuring the achievement of sales, lead generation and pipeline growth is a key objective, the sales manager will be responsible for revenue target for several countries and will have a strong role in contributing to overall success.
Responsibilities:
• Drive and exceed Pribolab product sales budget in these Allocated regions and deliver growth initiatives that is planned inthese countries
• Provide new sales opportunities in the Regulatory and Test Departments of these countries, Regional Key Accounts across these countrys region will be primary objective of this position and will involve working closely with cross functional teams within Pribolab business unit
• Partners with Product Managers and Regional Application Teams on customer visits to provide strong commercial support, and assist in the promotion of mycotoxin, food allergen, GMO products at all marketing events and activities
• Manage main Key Account at regional level and responsible for achieving the Key Account sales and targets attainment in these conutries
• Conduct product demonstrations, global training program, organize workshops and seminars regionally in these conutrys
• Responsible to support customers on-site validations and execute experimental protocols to gain qualifications and order success
• Assist and collaborate with regional marketing team in the development of sales support materials and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, Agriculture or equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
• Proven track record of achievement in a prior sales position
• Possess excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrate strong passion to understand and network with Food Safety industry
• Frequent customer visits are anticipated based on business needs
