General Information

UMDU is newly developed instrument, which is used for instant photo-derivatization of aflatoxins in HPLC/UPLC-FLD detection, which can effectively shorten the separation time of Aflatoxin B₁, B₂, G₁, and G₂. The instrument can be connected with a LC instrument simply and conveniently to derivatize Aflatoxin B₁ and G₁ in real time, and the derivatization has no effect on the physical and chemical properties of Aflatoxin B₂, G₂, M₁ and M₂. It is suitable for the analysis of aflatoxins in food and pharmaceutical fields, and can directly couple with LC of all mainstream brands.
