UMDU-20231
General Information
UMDU is newly developed instrument, which is used for instant photo-derivatization of aflatoxins in HPLC/UPLC-FLD detection, which can effectively shorten the separation time of Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, and G2. The instrument can be connected with a LC instrument simply and conveniently to derivatize Aflatoxin B1 and G1 in real time, and the derivatization has no effect on the physical and chemical properties of Aflatoxin B2, G2, M1 and M2. It is suitable for the analysis of aflatoxins in food and pharmaceutical fields, and can directly couple with LC of all mainstream brands.
Features
Simple operation and low maintenance cost, no rinse step required.
Compatible with any HPLC or UPLC (mainly)
Short derivation time, and the detection can be completed in 5 minutes with UPLC.
Comply with AOAC2005.08, AOCS Aa 11-05-2011, European Pharmacopoeia 2.8.18 standards and other analytical methods.
